Tootsie was rescued from being slaughtered in East Asia’s Dog Meat Trade. Despite her sad beginnings, this sweet girl is ready for a family to love her. Tootsie is still in China, but can be transported to the US once adopted. Please consider giving this brave girl a second chance at life today 🙂
