Educational Outreach

College Student Program

Knowledge is power and No Dogs Left Behind believes in empowering the youth by teaching them the importance of animal advocacy and developing animal empathy and compassion. We believe this educational approach will lend itself in the fight to end dog trafficking and slaughter in East Asia. By coupling with the Agricultural College of China we welcome nearly 200 volunteers yearly. These dedicated volunteers not only learn about proper animal care, welfare, feeding and medical treatment they also develop an understanding of animal emotion. This development of empathy is vital when shifting cultural norms and advocating for animal welfare laws. This first-hand experience allows students to become advocates and activists in their own communities. Through education, the mission for animal welfare and a cruelty free world come together.
