Tom was rescued from a slaughter truck heading to The Yulin Dog Meat Festival in 2017. This sweet boy has been overlooked for so long and is STILL waiting for a family to love him.. He is sadly growing old in our shelter.. Tom is still in China but can be transported to the US. Please consider giving this boy a second chance at life today 🙂
