Our survivors are Roxy, a golden retriever, and Stella a golden samoyed. Roxy was the first one home on her freedom flight. She was so shy and nervous but quickly came out of her shell when she started to see she was safe and loved… a totally different, happy, smiley dog. A couple of weeks later we got beautiful Stella on a different freedom flight. When we got home with Stella, Roxy was waiting and they were INSTANT best friends. Our family is finally complete.
NDLB honestly does the greatest job rehabilitating these amazing dogs. As soon as they are rescued they are showed love and compassion and it is truly seen and felt once these dogs make it all the way home -forever. We are forever grateful!.
